# 10 is wrong and his hours are low, BUT I see him as a good fit for the server. It's a joy to be on with him and I think he'll make a great staff member. My +1

The amount of hours you've played on the server is too low, and the answer for number 10 is wrong,which shows that you clearly needs to play on the server more to understand the game and this shows that in number 6 you didn't read the rules enough or didn't understand it. Therefore I don't think that you would be fit for staff.-1

Although Nolan has few hours on the server, he has shown me that he will be dedicated to the server. As for the rule he misunderstood, he asked me about it and when I had explained it to him it actually stuck in his head after the first time and he probably won't have to ask again. +1
